I’m Ani Reed—Founder and Executive Director of Ani Vision—and my work is rooted in one belief: every vision deserves structure, support, and a clear path forward.
I’ve always believed that every path we walk prepares us for the work we’re meant to do. My journey began in Denver, where curiosity, compassion, and a love for helping others shaped who I was long before I had a title for it. Over time and across states, industries, and seasons of growth, I discovered that my true purpose is bringing clarity, structure, and confidence to people with big dreams and meaningful missions.
How My Journey Shapes My Work
My career began when I discovered how naturally I gravitated toward helping others organize, plan, and bring clarity to their ideas. I started in the corporate world, quickly becoming the person people trusted when they needed structure, direction, or a steady partner during moments of change. That passion eventually led me to co‑found a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing hardship. It taught me that service is not just about solving problems but about honoring people’s stories and helping them build something better.
Nearly a decade later, that lesson still guides everything I do.
What drives me is simple: I care about people. I care about their stories, their challenges, and the experiences that shape them. I’ve seen firsthand how the right support can transform an idea into impact, and how a well-crafted experience can strengthen families, elevate communities, and create lasting change. That’s why community-centered work matters so much to me—it’s where vision meets humanity.
